The Radio Academy Festival
The Radio Academy Festival returned on Wednesday 17th September 2025 with an unmissable day of inspiring ideas, passionate discussion and joyful celebration. Once again, we're delighted to invite you to join us at the Royal College of Physicians in Regents Park, London.
Full highlights will be coming soon, and Radio Academy members will be able to catch up on all the content.
For 2025 the festival theme is World Of Sound. We'll explore the power of UK audio on a global platform, examine international co-productions and partnerships, and spotlight the UK talent and shows taking the world by storm. Industry leaders will share the details of their successes, pinpoint the potential pitfalls of going global and identify the power of audio in this changing world.
With a lively line-up across four stages there'll be a wealth of opportunity to engage with audio experts and network with colleagues, past, present and future.
We are delighted to bring an astonishing new audio experience to The Festival with the support of Dolby Labs. Dolby will take over the venue’s historic 17th century Dorchester Library and transform it into a state-of-the-art immersive audio showcase. The Dolby Library will share extraordinary sonic arrangements and world class acoustic art, created and mixed in Dolby Atmos, giving content producers access to immersive audio and expanding their creative canvas into three dimensions. The Dolby Library will transport festival goers to a mesmerising sensory experience.
Plus this year, for the first time, we're offering bespoke 1:1 speed networking where delegates can pitch ideas, get careers advice or have a mini-mentoring session with commissioners, content directors and industry leaders.
Whether you’re a seasoned radio professional or just starting out in audio, The Radio Academy Festival is an annual highlight you really can’t afford to miss.
The Radio Academy Festival 2025 will be hosted by broadcasting trailblazers who each bring their unique perspective to the audio industry’s most inspiring day of the year.
